In Prestwich, Manchester, Paul and Paula Hopwood are the owners of a home, which they used to live in, to Kayla Jenkins, AKA Okaylaaa, a self-described Youtube “star”. Jenkins, and her roommate owed the Hopwood’s more than £10,000 in rent. In addition, they tell their viewers that the home is theirs.
The owners say that when they have visited the house was chock full of a variety of animals (5 dogs, 4 cats, 2 birds, 2 guinea pigs and 3 rabbits), though it specifically says “no pets” on the lease agreement, and the house “stunk of dog feces and urine.”
I really don’t want to publicize this Jenkins by posting too many photos. I’m sure other landlords are well aware of her criminal ways, but I will post a couple from the show, especially showing the damage she did to the property, which will cost the owners tens of thousands to repair.
